Give and request feedback
Fast Feedback makes it easy to give recognition, share constructive input, and request feedback from colleagues - all in just a few clicks. Watch the video or follow the steps below.
Giving feedback
Recognise a colleague or provide helpful input on their work. It takes less than two minutes.
- Click the Give feedback button in the top right of your dashboard.
- Select the person you'd like to give feedback to by scrolling or typing their name.
- Choose the appropriate feedback form (e.g. quick recognition, developmental feedback).
- Complete the form and add an emoji if you like.
- Choose Save as draft to come back later, or click Send to submit immediately.
- If your firm has Feedback for Good enabled, you'll see an option to contribute a token to charity after sending.
Requesting feedback
Ask one or more colleagues for input on your work or a specific project.
- From your Feedback Dashboard, click Request feedback.
- Choose whether you're requesting feedback for yourself or on behalf of a direct report (if you're a manager).
- Select one or more people to request feedback from.
- Choose the appropriate form and complete the required fields.
- Click Send. Your colleagues will receive an email notification and can respond from their dashboard.
Viewing and managing your feedback
Access your Feedback Dashboard any time from the navigation menu on the left. Here you can:
- View feedback you've received over a selected time period (use the toggle to adjust the date range).
- Acknowledge feedback by thanking or responding to the person who gave it.
- Check drafts you've started but not yet sent.
- Review feedback you've sent in the past.
AI-Powered feedback summaries
If your firm has AI enabled, you can generate a crafted summary of all the feedback you've received. Use prompts to extract themes, identify patterns, or even suggest development goals based on your feedback. This powerful feature helps you make sense of feedback quickly and turn insights into action.
