Updating feedback forms
Add/Remove prompts, create or delete forms
The fast feedback forms allow feedback to be tailored to different situations. The user can choose which form is most appropriate, by selecting the feedback type as in the screenshot below.

The form for each feedback type can have input fields defined for when the feedback request is being made and for when the feedback is given.
How to create fast feedback forms
- Log in to the Super Admin view.
- Click on the ‘module manager’ option on the left hand menu.
- Click on the ‘view’ button on the ‘fast feedback’ tile.

This will bring up the ‘fast feedback forms’ screen.

You can add a new form by clicking on the green add button (1). You can edit existing forms by clicking on the three dots to the right hand side of the form, then selecting ‘edit’ (2).
Both these actions will bring up the ‘add/edit fast feedback’ page.
The first tab, ‘Feedback Settings’, contains general information such as the template name, description and an icon to identify it.

The next tab, ‘Request feedback form’, allows you to define the form field(s) for use when requesting this type of feedback. An example would be the reason for request.

Finally, the ‘feedback form’ tab defines the form fields completed by users when giving this type of feedback.

Don’t forget to click the ‘save’ button at the top of the screen after adding the information.
To delete a form, click the ‘Delete’ link at the top right hand corner of the ‘Add/edit fast feedback’ form (1). You can also preview a form by clicking on the ‘Preview’ link at the top right hand corner of the ‘Add/edit fast feedback’ form (2).

How to import fast feedback templates
You can easily import fast feedback templates, within the same client or from one client to another.
To do this, go to the source client and go to the fast feedback templates page. Click on the three dots on the right hand side of the template name, and select ‘export settings as JSON’ (1). The template will be downloaded as a document.
Then go to the client who will have the new templates. Go to the fast feedback templates page. Click on the ‘import form template’ icon (2) and select the previously downloaded json file. The template will be uploaded as inactive – you can make it active.
