How to import fast feedback templates

You can easily import fast feedback templates, within the same client or from one client to another.

To do this, go to the source client and go to the fast feedback templates page. Click on the three dots on the right hand side of the template name, and select ‘export settings as JSON’ (1). The template will be downloaded as a document.

Then go to the client who will have the new templates. Go to the fast feedback templates page. Click on the ‘import form template’ icon (2) and select the previously downloaded json file. The template will be uploaded as inactive – you can make it active.
