How to create a duplicate review from an old review or master copy

You may want to create a review that is similar to the one used for the previous cycle, so you would like to duplicate the old review.

To do this, go to the admin dashboard and select ‘module manager’ from the menu on the left hand side, then click the ‘view’ button on the Reviews card to bring up the ‘People Reviews’ screen.

Find the old review then click on the three dots on the card, to bring up a pop-up menu. Select ‘duplicate’ from that menu.

This will create a copy of the original review, but without any participants or response data. The name will be the same as the original review with ‘copy’ on the end.

You will need to edit the new review, change its name via the ‘settings’ tab, make any changes as required, then go through the check list in this article.
