Managing users

Create, search, archive, update, edit - everything you need to know about user management

Create & manage user data

Add users and update details

  • To add users, click on the green plus button and add user details. Ensure you have the right employee ID and email address
  • Click on any user to quickly edit user details
  • Once you’ve added users, you can invite them to set a password (which is not required if you’ve implemented Single Sign On, which you should)
💡
Performance Leader can sync with your HR or payroll system. This is a far more secure, accurate and efficient way of updating user data. It also ensures users who have left are automatically archived.

Upload files, download reviews and update financials

  • Click into a user account to view more information and options
  • Files uploaded here will be visible to users under their profile
  • Click on “Financials” to make quick edits. You can also bulk import financial information

Search and filter users (including admins)

  • Use the search bar or filter tools to sort, search and filter users
  • Adjust what you see by toggling columns on and off

Disable or enable accounts

  • Click on “inactive” option to disable an account. The user will immediately lose access to Performance Leader.
  • All user data is retained as per our data retention polices. Re-enabling a user (by going to “inactive” and toggling the use back on) will make user data accessible.
