How to configure Fast Feedback

The Fast Feedback module allows users to give and request frequent, timely feedback as required. Fast feedback forms can be created tailored to specific situations.

To configure the main fast feedback settings

  1. Log in to the Super Admin view.
  1. Click on the ‘settings’ option on the left hand menu.
  1. By default, you should be on the ‘Modules’ tab.
  1. Click on the ‘configure’ button on the ‘Fast Feedback’ row.

This brings up the Fast Feedback configuration screen.

You can activate the module (1), change its name within the platform (2), set a target for Charity Support Rewards or CSR, also known as Feedback for Good (3), enable or disable CSR (4), set an optional expiry in days on fast feedback requests (5) and set a soft limit for feedback requests (6).

The feedback request soft limit, if set, will cause a prompt to be displayed if a user has received more requests than the limit, but it won’t prevent more feedback requests from being made for them.

You can also edit info pop-ups for fast feedback in general and the charity contribution tracker. Click on the edit button next to the appropriate row.

Here you can also enable and define emails sent out automatically at various points in the fast feedback workflow.

The first three are the most important (‘Fast feedback given’, ‘Fast feedback request’ and ‘Fast feedback request declined’).

Once you have configured fast feedback, you now need to set up one or more fast feedback forms. This is described in the article ‘Updating feedback forms’.
