The Monthly Snapshot email and how to enable it
Keep users informed of their progress with a helpful monthly email, automated so there is no effort required.
The Monthly Snapshot email is packed with useful information about your Performance Leader user account. This article tells you about the information contained in the Monthly Snapshot email and how you can sign up to receive it.
Contents of the monthly snapshot email
The monthly snapshot email will show you a list of your current objectives together with a link to view and manage them. There will also be a list of your fast feedback received, together with a link to request fast feedback from a colleague.
If you have any direct reports, they will be listed out together with a graphical analysis of their objectives stats and progress and a list of their fast feedback received.

Configuring the monthly snapshot email
For users to be able to sign up to receive this email, it must first be enabled by an admin in the settings. To do this, log on as super admin and select ‘settings’ (1) from the menu on the left hand side of the dashboard. Go to the ‘settings’ tab (2).

Scroll down to the ‘general emails’ section (1) and click on the edit button for the monthly snapshot (2).

This brings up a pop-up screen which will allow you to configure the use of the monthly snapshot email.
- To turn on the emails, set Enabled (1) to “Yes” and Default setting (2) to “Enabled”. This turns the email on for everyone.
- Set User configurable (3) to Yes so users can turn it off it they want (they can do this by going to their profile and editing Notifications).
- Options 4 to 7 are allow you to customise email subject, content and other settings. You can leave this on their defaults.
- Don’t forget to save!
