Reporting & nudging
Easily see who’s been giving/requesting feedback, and nudge!
This article will show you two useful things - how to access useful reports on fast feedback activity and how to remind people nominated to give feedback that they need to respond
Reporting on fast feedback activity
The reporting section on the platform contains lots of reports on fast feedback activity. To see it, select ‘reporting’ from the menu on the left hand side of the admin dashboard (1), then click on the ‘view’ button in the ‘Fast Feedback Activity’ card (2).

This will bring up the Fast Feedback reporting page.
This shows an analysis of various aspects of fast feedback activity. You can vary the date range that the analysis covers using the calendar (1).
The total numbers of feedback given, requested and currently incomplete are shown (2), followed by leaderboards for giving feedback split by department, role and location (3).
Then there are lists of the top ten individuals giving and receiving feedback and receiving feedback requests (4).

Scroll down the page to see an analysis of cohort activity which can be split by department, role or location.

Further down the page are a chart showing the feedback broken down by feedback type and a chart showing the breakdown of charity contributions between the three chosen charities.

The hamburger icon to the top right hand side of each chart allows you to print the chart or download it in different formats.
Finally there are charts analysing the fast feedback activity by time over the selected date range, one for feedback given and one for feedback requested.

Reminding fast feedback nominees to give feedback
You can remind fast feedback nominees to give feedback using the email campaign tool.
To do this - From the Super Admin dashboard, click on the ‘tools’ option on the left hand menu (1). Click on the ‘view’ button on the ‘email campaigns’ tile (2).

This will bring up the ‘email campaigns’ screen. Click on the green ‘+’ button to start a new email campaign.

This will bring up a drop-down list of email campaign types. Select campaign type ‘Fast feedback reminder’ and click on the green ‘Go’ button.

The screen will display filters to apply to the list of potential email recipients (1), plus a dropdown box allowing you to select employees who have incomplete feedback requests or who have not given any feedback for a certain number of months (2).
You can also filter the results by fast feedback type (3).
When you have set the filters, click on the green ‘Display Users’ button (4).

Clicking on the ‘Display Users’ button will bring up a list of potential email recipients which you can edit.

You can then click on the ‘Draft Email’ button (1) and prepare the emails to send out to the selected recipients.
The ‘Email Campaigns’ help article describes in detail how to do this.
