Closing a review
Closing a review cleans up the employee and admin dashboard, and ensures users participate in the right review.
Before you close
- Are you happy with where the reviews are? Do any reviews need to move ahead? In some designs, employees only receive their final PDFs once the review is at a particular stage. Once a review is closed, you won't be able to move reviews up or down steps.
- Would any managers want to add comments? Once a review cycle is closed, the only way a manager can add any comments is to open up the entire review cycle.
A review that is closed moves to the "My completed reviews" section of the user dashboard.

From the Superadmin view, closed reviews move to the "Inactive/complete" section. You can access closed reviews here to extract data, duplicate or if required, re-open them.

Let's close that review
To close a review, first access the review administration area. As Superadmin, select "Module Manager", then "People Reviews". Then select the cycle you want to close and you'll see a view similar to the one below.
- Select "Settings"
- Switch the "Enabled" toggle to "Inactive/complete"
