Closing a review

Closing a review cleans up the employee and admin dashboard, and ensures users participate in the right review.

Before you close

  1. Are you happy with where the reviews are? Do any reviews need to move ahead? In some designs, employees only receive their final PDFs once the review is at a particular stage. Once a review is closed, you won't be able to move reviews up or down steps.
  1. Would any managers want to add comments? Once a review cycle is closed, the only way a manager can add any comments is to open up the entire review cycle.

A review that is closed moves to the "My completed reviews" section of the user dashboard.

From the Superadmin view, closed reviews move to the "Inactive/complete" section. You can access closed reviews here to extract data, duplicate or if required, re-open them.
